Log in to the Boendeappen

The Boendeappen is for you who live with us at Skandia Fastigheter. In the app, you can easily pay your rent, submit maintenance requests, and stay updated through the notice board — where our team shares important information and news about your building. Make sure to enable notifications in the app so you don’t miss any important updates. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about logging in.

How to log in for the first time

  1. Download the “Boendeappen Avy” app from App Store or Google Play.
  2. Log in using Mobile BankID.
  3. Done – you’re logged in!

You need to be the contract holder to log in. If several people live in the apartment, only the person listed on the lease has access to the app.

After signing your lease

Once you’ve signed your lease, your contact person at Skandia Fastigheter will register you in our system. You can usually log in to the app about one day later, the day after signing the contract.

If you and your contact person have agreed that your first rent invoice should appear directly in the app, it will also show up within a day.

If you don’t see your invoices

It may take up to a couple of banking days for your first rent invoice to appear in the app. If it still hasn’t shown up after a few days, please email us at boendeapp@skandiafastigheter.se.

If you live with someone else

At the moment, only the contract holder can log in and view information in the app.

 If BankID isn’t working

  • Make sure you’re using Mobile BankID (it’s not possible to log in from a computer).
  • Check that your BankID app is updated.
  • Make sure you’re logging in with the same personal identity number as stated on your lease.

If you change your phone

If you get a new phone, you’ll need to log in again using Mobile BankID. Your information is automatically saved in the app.

Common reasons why login doesn’t work

  • You’re trying to log in before your registration has been activated (wait up to one day after signing your lease).
  • You’re using a different personal identity number than the one on your lease.
  • You’re not the contract holder.
  • You don’t have Mobile BankID, or it’s inactive.
