Skandia Fastigheter, one of Sweden's largest property owners, develops, manages and lets properties throughout Sweden's three growth regions: Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö.

Our Business

Our business consists of the four branches Office space, Retail/Commercial, Residential and Public use – each with its own specific characteristics and expertise. These business segments are run independently to accommodate their specialized needs, but the end result is a cohesive combination of property portfolios that complement and balance one another.

Skandia Fastigheter has 180 employees with the mission to contribute to our commercial customers' business success and to safe and comfortable homes for our residential tenants.

Our Goal

Aside from the daily care of our current tenants, we also pursue several development projects, with the aim to build, transform and refine property in and around Sweden's three largest cities. Our ultimate goal is to deliver long-term stable returns to Skandia's 1.5 million owners.
